Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original RISOTTO packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
